Enterprise AI fails on governance more often than on models. Every system we build is designed to support enterprise security requirements and to give your risk team answers rather than assurances.

Data privacy & residency

Your data stays in the region and tenancy you nominate. We architect for no-training-on-your-data configurations and document exactly which vendor endpoints see which fields.

Role-based access control

Retrieval and tool permissions inherit your existing roles. A user cannot surface a document through the AI that they could not open directly.

Authentication & authorization

What is GenAIOps?

Can you operate the system for us after launch?
Yes. We offer an ongoing arrangement covering evaluation runs, quality reporting, cost optimisation and model migration. Alternatively we hand over dashboards, runbooks and documentation to your team — there is no lock-in either way.
How quickly can we see something working?
A prototype against your real data typically takes two to three weeks. That is deliberately fast, because the purpose is to find out whether the approach works before committing to a production budget.
What if the prototype does not work?
Then we tell you, and you have spent a small fraction of a production budget to learn it. That outcome is written into how the phase is scoped — a go/no-go decision, not a foregone conclusion.
